中山大学深圳校区是2015年11月3日由深圳市人民政府与中山大学签署共建世界一流大学战略合作协议的重要成果,2015年12月由教育部批准建设,是中山大学三校区五校园的主体校园之一。深圳校区位于深圳市光明区公常路66号,规划占地面积314.3公顷(4714.5亩),一期建设用地144.82公顷(2172.3亩),二期规划用地为基本农田169.48公顷(2542.2亩);一期建设项目总建筑面积约129万平方米,投资约120亿元。
深圳校区学科规划着力服务国家重大战略和地方社会发展需求,以医科和新型工科为主要学科,建设文理医工完整的学科体系,本硕博完整的人才培养体系,培育和建设国家级重大科研创新平台,力争建成具有中国特色、传承中山大学办学传统,成为支撑引领深圳经济社会发展,辐射粤港澳大湾区及亚太地区的高层次创新人才重要培养基地。
The Shenzhen Campus of Sun Yat-Sen University is an
important result of the strategic cooperation agreement signed by
Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and Sun Yat-sen University to
build a world-class university on November 3, 2015. The campus was
approved by the Ministry of Education in December 2015. It is one of the
main campuses of Sun Yat-sen University with three campuses and five
campuses. Shenzhen Campus is located at No. 66, Gongchang Road,
Guangming District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 314.3 hectares (4714.5
mu), with 144.82 hectares (2172.3 mu) of construction land in the first
phase and 169.48 hectares (2542.2 mu) of basic farmland in the second
phase. The total construction area of the first phase of the project is
about 1.29 million square meters, and the investment is about 12 billion
yuan.
The discipline planning of Shenzhen Campus focuses on serving the
national major strategy and local social development needs, taking
medicine and new engineering as the main disciplines, building a
complete discipline system of arts, science and medicine, a complete
talent training system of bachelor, master and doctoral degree,
cultivating and constructing a national-level major scientific research
and innovation platform, and striving to build a platform with Chinese
characteristics and inherit the school-running tradition of Sun Yat-sen
University. To become an important training base for high-level
innovative talents supporting and leading the economic and social
development of Shenzhen, radiating the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater
Bay Area and the Asia-Pacific region.
